Continuous crashing

My case, 14085936, has not been answered by EA, I've been having problems opening the game since the 4th of July update. The last answer I got from EA was on the 19th. My device is a Motorola Droid xt890, running Android jelly bean, 4.2. I have installed and reinstalled the app several times, some people tried to help but nothing they did solved my problem.
