Changed to iPhone 5 and all my progress was lost

Did you make sure you were logged in on Origin (not playing anonymously)? What did you do the first time you launched the game after installing it on your new phone?

Do you still have your other phone? Cause if you relog there, you can make sure it cloud saves and then you'll have your progress and items.
