Cannot complete Krusty task to "Walk Mr. Teeny"

I have Mr. Teeny as a separate character, and the game keeps telling me to put Krusty onto a "Walk Mr. Teeny" 12 hour task. The task doesn't come up as highlighted in Krusty's task list, and when I select and start the task, the timer bar doesn't activate for the task. When the task is done, I do not get credit for it. I've had the task listed for weeks now, and can't complete it.

Find Mr. Teeny and start the task through him, not through Krusty

I've tried to complete the task through Krusty and Mr. Teeny. It doesn't work either way. The task comes and goes randomly.

Then I would contact EA help center to see if they can assist you further. 

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.

If you want a call back, choose that one and enter a phone number for them to call you back!

NOT EVERY OPTION IS AVAILABLE! DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND TIME DAY, WILL DEPEND ON YOUR OPTIONS!!

Hey Guys i Had the same problem. In someway Mr. teeny goes to the storage, so look for Mr. Teeny in your Box of storage by selecting the hammer icon and then in homer and bart icon. You should be able to ake out Mr. Teent again and complet your task. Hope it can work for you
