Cannot Access Game

Hello.

Recently I have been unable to access my springfield as every time I open the game it crashes and my friends games crash when they try to visit my springfield. Unlike most posts like this I know what the problem is and it is something only EA can fix. I was trying to increase my conform-o-meter by placing hedges for tree hugging. I discovered I could place multiple Large Hedges on each other to save space. After doing this for a minute my game crashed and from then I couldn't access it. The only way for this to be fixed I believe is for EA to change my save data and remove all of the hedges.

I have tried everything EA has said to do like logging out, uninstalling the game and redownloading and even using a different device.

Sounds like a game advisor needs to look into your game. Please contact EA help center. Live chat is the best option if it is available to you.

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.
