Can't login to my town!! It looks like is will start loading but after a few seconds takes me right back to the last screen on my device!! any ideas?

So I tap on the game icon on my device to start the game. The main screen comes up says welcome back (imthebone69) tap to continue. When I tap the dougnut starts spinning to load then it crashes and takes me right back to the last screen on my device.

 

Now I can use the same devices to go into my wifes town. But can not log into my town with my phone "android", my tablet "android", her phone "android", her kindlefire, and I have also used a friends iPhone.. None of which I Can login to my town. My wife is at the same level as me 37.

 

Also my wife and friends can not get into my town to drop gift bags. When they try it will also log them out and take them back to the last screen on there device. But they can vist my KrustyLand!! 

 

I have tried unistall and reinstall, cleared cache, deleted friends, login into origin then try to get into my town. It doesn't seem like a device issue but more like something is wrong with my acount. I have wrote to EA about thise they wrote back saying they will have specialists look into it.. its been a week now and nothing....

Any other tips or info to try to get back into my town would be apreciated!  Thank you.

I haven't been able to login in for almost two weeks. It crashes right after the welcome screen. I have other accounts and they work fine on my ipad and android tablets.

 

I have repeatedly emailed EA support and I got this response five days ago:

 

"We want to get you an effective resolution and for this I am going to escalate this issue to higher department with the information provided by you. Our senior team is well equipped to handle such issues and I’m confident we’ll solve the issue or suggest alternatives.

They might take lengthy response time to respond and we apologize for this. We are working diligently to return to an acceptable level of response time. During this time, you may still update your case with additional information that might help us to resolve your issue without causing any additional delay.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Please be assured that your concern is our priority."

 

They can't even use proper grammar.
