Can't get into The Simpsons Tapped Out

I purchased a golden scratch card this morning and it crashed the game. When I try to open it, it won't go past the black fox screen with Gracie films on it. I have tried deleting the game and removing it from iCloud and re adding it but it still won't work. Can anyone help??? Please

Please help - my game has crashed too! Have done the delete & reinstall but cannot get back in for anything - get the Gracie screen then back to my iPhone main screen, just keeps dumping me out, sometimes asks for my AppStore password too -- please help me fix - I'm addicted to this game!!
