For the old, new Monorailquest that was released 26.07.2016 I am not able to produce junk for further producing bottles and cans.

I have played the game for so long that I have the previously Monorailsets if that matter.

I can get the two buildings I need for the new Springfield city dump but I can't access any jobs for the dump trash cans... So I can't progress in the game. How do we go about fixing this?
