Same problem here I had a lot of issues even downloading the update guess that should have been a sign. Hope they fix this soon.

I've been having the same problem. I went through all of the Android troubleshooting tips (uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting phone), and nothing changed. Clearly it's on EA's end.

Have the same problem can not assign jobs in springfield dump.  Called EA and opened a case and they also said to leave note of the forum.

so an doing same hope they fix this soon.  Must be glitch or something

Yup, same problem here. 

Tried everything, lost resources and still can't send jobs.
