Can not connect to server

Everytime I try to log into my game it says "can not connect to server" I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, I've reset my phone multiple times and I've cleared the cache and nothing has worked. It's very upsetting that I can not log into my game especially since the valentine event is almost over. I have no problem logging into my old game just the new one I created.

Try this:

Close your game.

Pull up the App Manager and swipe the game away.

Turn off your device.

Turn off your internet hardware - wireless router, modem, etc.

Wait 15 to 30 seconds.

Turn your internet hardware back on.

Start your device.

Start the game.

That usually fixes it.

I ended up contacting EA they are currently having to reload my town to a earlier time. It bugged up due to leveling up so quickly. I will go ahead and give that a try though to see if it will fix it... keeping fingers crossed :-)Thank you so much for your response :-)
