Turn on Confirm Donut Spend to minimise accidents like these.
A popup message will appear everytime you're about to spend donuts.

EA will most likely not refund you or roll back your account but you could ask.

I am really sorry, but @minicha-em is right, we won`t be able to restore those Donuts for you. Just be careful, where are you are spending those.
