Bugs!!! Can't report as webpage won't submit.

iPad 3. Latest but not 10.
Visiting friends keeps crashing. Hard restart. Reload game. Nothing.
2+ hours to get about 15 friends.

Also tried on iPhone 6plus. Impossible. It quits before friends load. Haven't been able to play friends on iPhone for awhile. Have tried to report before.

And there's a problem reporting a bug.

Here are a couple of questions / suggestions for you:

• Do you have any other apps running in the background?  If so, double click the home button and swipe everything up to 'hard close' and try again.
• Have you tried restarting your device?
• Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game?
• Can you update to iOS 10?

The last time I had the same problem was when I was trying to play using my iPhone 4S on iOS whatever the hell it was back then.  Try everything listed above and let me know how you go.

You might also try deleting some of your neighbors.  This has helped other people in the past (and others not).

When accessing the support menu if you select 'Report a Bug' it just brings you here.  You have to select 'Technical Support' to get to a customer service rep.  Of course they'll just tell you to try deleting your neighbors.

This is an ongoing issue and has been for quite some time.  Since they can't replicate it they can't solve it.
