I'm on level 56 I have Quimby wife bought the pool upgraded it but won't go any further. Please tell me what to do or fix the problem

The pool that you must purchase for Ms. Quimby isn't recognized by the characters. You can not continue any further in the quest.

I am on a higher class of politics part 3. I have bought 4 pools upgraded them all and it says I have a pool but no upgrade even though I have. I have deleted an reinstalled the app. Restarted my iPad and it still is doing it. Another problem I have is every time I sign in it tells me to log out of another device and I am not logged into any other device. This has caused me to lose items and progress. Please help. Thank you
