You can't request a refund for Pre-orders, please read Great Game Guarantee Policy https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/great-game-guarantee-terms If you want to cancel your pre-order, then you will need to contact EA support How to contact EA support

You're saying that games can't be refunded if you pre-orerded?? It says in the policy they can be refunded if they haven't been launched after release date - I'm playing the horrible Mass Effect Andromeda trail right now... will I be able to refund when it launches??? Mass Effect Andromeda is a terrible game. Refund Mass Effect Andromeda ...for those searching..

As I said above, you can contact EA support to cancel your pre-order if you wish. In case if you can't request Refund for Mass Effect Andromeda.

Is EA giving me the runaround hoping I give up trying to cancel my preorder?
How many other people are being delayed in the system this way?

Look, it's really simple: I want to cancel my preorder
I don't have to justify myself to you and I don't want to jump through endless hoops
Is this how EA tries to bully people into not cancelling preorders?
Do I have to forward emails to an ombudsman to make a consumer complaint?
