Can I ask you if it's the crash happen when a particular ad is running or all the ads ?

I have the same problem. I watch full ads, so EA gets its ad money /revenue and then only after ads play fully I don't get gems but an error message instead. [...] Same problem for several months with my lost time. I have watched well over 500 ads over past year with this exact problem.
Your lucky to be able to watch ads and get gems. I've been playing this game for nearly a year and I don't even get the icon to watch ads. I've missed out on all gems. The answer I from EA help is that it's not them it's a third party, and the amount of gems varies. I think this is situation is unexceptable. They need to fix it so that we all get the same.
