I am level 94 don't have war bonds i want to unlock kit for plane and tank i only have 90 EA no answer what i can do

level up and you get  them if you are sub rank 70.

What's exactly the problem? You didn't earn war bonds during rank progression?

Yes no more war bond all my tank and plane kits need war bound to unlock it I only have 90 war bound

If you still miss Warbonds after level 70, so in that case please contact a EA Advisor from the Support.
We'r not able to help with that here in the Forum.
But they should be in the position to help, or at least tell you what they can do so far.

Best way would be via Live Chat if it's available.(but note first, how many Warbonds are missing)

Just level up. If you get a squad XP boost it shouldn't take too long.

Did you try to contact EA help https://help.ea.com. You can live chat or call them. I know about level 70 I didn't have warbonds. They might be able to unlock the plane for you. Best regards
