I am gonna guess this is most likely and MSI Afterburner/RIVATuner error. Try running the game with both closed completely and see if it helps.

I run a PS4 but nothing seems to help. I really want to try getting the upcoming Road to Battlefield V challenges done but with the connections being this unstable, I can't see how.
