"Profile is corrupt"

Immediately after finishing a online HUT game NHL 16 crashed and upon opening the application again I repeatedly receive the message "load failed: your profile could not be loaded because it is corrupt if you choose to create a new profile it will overwrite the existing profile". I do not want to overwrite my profile because I fear the I will lose mu HUT team along with all the time and effort I put into building it to where it is now. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

Unfortunately creating a new profile is the only course of action here.

Everytime i go on nhl 16 it says profile not loaded. So i have to stare=t over in the game again without anything saving. How would i fix this. PLEASE HELP

Even though i create a new profile i can get one game in then it crashes and says corrupt profile again.
