I have been having this problems for weeks since my last update. It basically tells us to watch videos for nothing. Is there any chance we can get any reimbursement for this? I tried it on both my iPad and iPhone and still doesn't work. Quite annoying tho.

I lost hundreds of gems yesterday.
I finally got fed up and had technical support call me so I could file a bug report in person.
I would rather not have ads than spend any more in the casino of wasted time.

Funny i just had enough with starting tickets using the game support system, so i register here to post this issue and only find out that everyone is having it and they arent doing anything to fix it.
If they dont care, well too bad for me i guess but i wont be putting my money here.

So when is this problem gonna be fixed? Even though you were kind enough to grant me 100 gems but it is still very frustrating to view the video and get nothing in return. Suspend this until it works so we don't keep wasting our time and data usage. Thianks

Now gems received from ads reduced by 5. I don't think this is a best solution.
