I got this message when watching ads, then I had no gems rewarded. I have also tried on using different devices like Ipad, android phone but they were the same. I hope someone could find out the solution, I lost so many gems. Thanks!

I have this same problem, but only when the same ad is running: "Survivors" game. And it's very annoying because sometimes i get this ad 5 times in a row, thus watching 5 ads without getting the gems.

With the rest of the ads i have no problem

Its been a few weeks since my last post and over the weeks of testing I have to say the issue is still present.

At least once per day I still am getting the "Oops" message and it would seem other people are also having the same trouble.

I have also encountered another problem of the game freezing after the ad had played and you get no reward. This has occurred 3 times in the past week.

It is not working for me. I have recently downloaded the game and the free gems for watching ads was working and then the "oops something went wrong" message came up repeatedly after watching many ads. I tried to delete the game and re - download it and now even over functioning wifi or cellular I cannot even download the game - I get the message "please connect to the internet to download necessary files." I can use safari, play any other internet requiring games, but it won't work at all. Please fix this. Thanks.
