purchase failure

I was trying to purchase 1300 gems and the purchase seemed to go through, but not I do not have my gems

i made the purchase through Apple, please advise

Same here. The worst part is it took money from my account. EA won't answer my emails (I've tried multiple times) and apple sends me here if I try to get help from them. 😞
