plants versus zombies garden warfare 2 wont launch

hello pvz gw 2 players.

in vz gw 2 the game pretends to start but then shows a black bar which reads (basically) sorry but you need ea access to play.

@theblazesmoker Hi, do you still have this issue today? Did you purchase PvZ GW2 on its own or did you get it as part of EA Access? If so, do you have any issues with your other Vault games?

Dear mrs community manager I bought the game through retail it still doesnt work if i change profiles and yes im dtill having this problem

@theblazesmoker It's "Mr". I take it that you have a disc version of the game?

Can i check if you had an EA Access version of the game installed? You may need to uninstall this, and reinstall from the disc version.
