@Straatford87 yes I have cleared origin and browser cache.
I have attached the HAR file (renamed to a .txt since this website does not support har or zip files).
It appears the issue is with dirtybits.api.origin.com - there is a general failure when attempting to ping this address through command console as well. Not only can I not connect to this website, but using online website availability testers on dirtybits.api.origin.com does not seem to return any response.

@Straatford87 Thank you for being on top of this! Hopefully we will get it resolved soon.

The Origin team has since come back to me with a request for further information to investigate the issue that you are experiencing:

Same problem on origin.com as well as the client. Doesn't matter what computer I use.
The HAR file I attached earlier was from origin.com, if it wasn't obvious.

@Straatford87
I would also like to add that I have been experiencing the same problem for the past couple days. Can only launch games when I go into offline mode and cannot connect to the origin servers. Located in Northern California and using Comcast.

Clearing web browser and Origin caches did not resolve the issue.

I'm not sure why I didn't consider doing this earlier, but I believe I have found a fix.
I manually set my alternate DNS to a non-comcast DNS (in this case I chose the level-3 DNS 4.2.2.3). Started working right away.
