origin stuck loading store page

Just tried a clean install for Origin and can't even do that. Getting tagged with an error code 14:-8

Also having this problem.

I am in Norcal and it happens on multiple different machines.

Running tracert it seems to time out somewhere along the way, so I believe this issue is some non-functioning backbone server somewhere.

Experiencing the same issue. Origin.com does the same thing.  

I'm also located in northern California. I was able to play a few hours ago.

The issue appears to have fixed itself for me. I suspect it was something wrong with the servers that has been fixed.

Hey @Straatford87, thank you for looking into this thread.

I'm unable to test whether my original issue has been resolved but still unable to reinstall the Origin client (error code 14:-8). I checked out the thread you linked and tried running the installer as an admin after whitelisting the origin games folder (the origin folder itself is non-existent as it was uninstalled) and performing a clean boot with my antivirus (avast) disabled.

The issue is back again. Are there problems with the servers? 

It's rather annoying that I can't even play offline single player. The game simply won't launch even in offline mode.

Issue hasn't changed for me at all, still white loading screen.  I've done various things and followed various suggestions on this board from other threads that all have similar issues.  Still no resolution here.  Frustrating to be unable to log in to play any of my games over what should've been a holiday weekend with in game multiplayer bonuses in ME:A!
