Do you have something running in the background which might be blocking the Origin installer?
Antivirus etc.
You might want to try to reinstall after a clean boot:

Make sure to run the installer as administrator:

Another thing, we can advise to you, is to check this article here on Origin Installation troubleshooting for the possible solution. Can you also tell us, what version of Windows are you using?
