Hey there @ID_WarHead555
- Are you running Origin with sufficient administrator rights ?
Here is a guidance to that: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/
- Clear the Origin's cache, then run Origin as administrator.
Here is a guidance to clearing Origin's cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
- Try to enable Safe Mode downloading.
Launch Origin, click "Origin" from the top left, choose "Application settings" , click the "Diagnostics" tap from the top and turn on "Safe mode downloading" . This will slow down your download rate, but should help with your download going forward better.
- Force Origin to launch in R&D mode.
Here is a guide to that: https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Origin#Origin_stops_downloading_after_an_ungiven_threshold
Note that you shouldn't run your Origin in R&D mode permanently. Only use it if nothing else works.

Good luck !
