nhl 17 changing ticket prices

i go to the section to change ticket prices and even soda prices and there are no options.  just b for back.  i think maybe i need more gametime or something, i have no idea. any help would be appreciated.  thanks.

i should add that im in Franchise mode.

I think it will let you do it once there season is done

I'm done with pre-season and still unable to do anything... Maybe after Stanley Cup has been given to someone, and I mean that as the end of the WHOLE season, it'll let then? Just a guess.
