need for speed 2015 language error - can't play

Hi Origin,

Today i bought Need for speed 2015, installed it perfectly... when i start it up an error comes up:

"The origin account currently logged in does not have access to the installed language for this game.

Please reinstall the game in an allowed language or log in with a different account"

Please help me, i already reinstalled the game and origin.

If you already reinstalled Origin then try right-clicking the game from within Origin and select Game Properties. You are able to select a different language from here. Note that if you have the Russian or Polish version of the game that you will only have access to those two languages.

hmm, search for regedit.exe, open it and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Games\Need For Speed

which value has the panel named "Locale"?

Hello, I have the same problem and the value locale has is : eng_us . I still have no access to the game...

If the issue persists then please do a manual uninstall of Origin. Note: this is not the same as simply uninstalling and reinstall.

None of the solutions mentioned above worked. I have paid 60€ for this game and I can't make it work due to this "language error" ,which I suppose has to do something with my region!

I am totally disappointed on EA!!

Which languages have you tried via the Game Properties menu?

English and Italian.I bought the game from a retailer in the EU and I don't know any of the other languages available so it's useless to try the others. I'll wait for the game's price to drop and see if I buy it again...however I presume the problem is related to my account and not the game itself...
