My son has been trying for MONTHS to play Draft Champions on his Xbox 360. I have basically ignored him and said that there is nothing that I can do about it. Now, as he's literally BEGGING me to help, I've resolved to get to the bottom of it.
We have Xbox Live account. When he tries to sign into Draft Champions on his Madden 16 for xbox 360, he keeps getting the message that his internet connection was lost. I have personally run diagnostics and everything looks to be fine on the Microsoft end. He can connect to Xbox Live, communicate with friends, etc. I have reset the network, tried a different internet connection, unplugged the console, unplugged my modem...... The ONLY time that he has a problem is when trying to access Draft Champions. He's 10, and has been a heck of a lot more patient than I am.
PLEASE HELP!!!
