i dont receive my gems

I bought 550 gems, and they have take my money, but there's an error from google play: connection timed out and i don't receive any gems. when I tried to 'buy' it again, google play said that I already have this item, and pvz heroes said there's an purchasing error. the game tells me to reload the game to recover my gems, but I still not receive any gems.
