i can't see the advertising

hello! i started to play with this gambe by different time and before i could see the spots, but  in the last months the game don't allow to me to see it and for this reason i can't recieve the cristals, why? how i can resolve it?

"by a different time" means what? you changed the time on your phone? because if so, that's why you can't see ads. you will have to just wait for the date you timetravelled to to finally watch them again.
