how to enter port forward [ Edited ]

Couple of days ago I have started playing SW Battlefront 1 through my Origin access.

On my first try everything ran smoothly.

However since my second try and until today I keep having bad connection issues that creates serious lag with which I can't play the game.

I have read every troubleshoot on EA and found what ports to open but my main question is this:

I don't know how to do it.
My router is:

54M Wireless Router
Model No. TL-WR340G/TL-WR340GD

Do I go to virtual servers or port triggering(I believe it is port triggering)?

When I am at port triggering where and what do I place in it.

I have tried randoming it with numbers from EA troubleshoot and couldn't even start the game had a lag on intro. Then I have deleted them.

Trigger port: (what goes here)

Trigger protocol: do I place UDP or TCP or All

Incoming ports: I have searched the web and can't find an answer, what goes here or how it is written.

I am really a noob when it comes to this and if I open all these ports, will I really have then a stable connection to play?
