help with sims 4 expansion

So I bought this game some months ago and installed it in my account but now my sister asked me to install it in her account too and they keep saying that I can't because my code has already been used.Is there a different way to install the game a second time with the same code?

She needs to buy her own copy.

You can with sharing your account, but this would mean you can't play the game at the same time.

If that is an issue your sister will need her own copy of the game and expansions.
