I want change my account email because ı forget my email password

Please follow these steps:
Open http://help.ea.com/en/

Make sure you're under the Accounts section

Choose Change Email Address

You will see a section called "basic information" click the EDIT button on the right hand corner 

You can do it there.

Hi every time I click on change me email it asking me to sign in to my old email and I don't kno the password so it does nothing to help me
