down load problems fort the secret world

Me and a friend bothe purchased the secret world off line and when we download the game we keep getting a message saying there is a problem with your download and it needs to force close. when we open the download back up the giga bites that is required to download is lower than before. Do we need to just keep opening the downloader or is there a faster way to get it to download completely?
