cant log out of my ea account on madden 18

I try to change my email and password in madden 18 on PlayStation 4 and every time I put my info in it say can't update at this time. I'm thinking maybe the problem is that I called ea and had them terminate an old account and manually change my email and password To update this account and now I can't use it on madden or to link my twitch prime
