cant get keys for plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 on ps4

I had gotten enough rainbow stars to open the green and yellow chest but never received a key I am in the process of earning 50 rainbow stars to open the red chest I hope that I can some how get the other keys. I am playing on a ps4 and if my ps account is need to fix this problem just send me a reply to my email.

The Red Chest, costing 50 rainbow Stars, is the only Chest which has a chance, not a guarantee, of awarding you with one of the colored Trial keys.

The Chests costing 10 and 30 Rainbow Stars will never award you a Key.
