anyone stuck with gronk and "loading" in the lower right corner?

I was in a solo and it Froze and i couldn't log back into Madden.  I reinstalled it and still nothing.

Good morning, it was already done loading when I tried to go back in. I have tried logging in with another account and I can get in no problem. So I uninstalled my profile and reinstalled it, tissue didn't work either. I cleaned my cache as well. I also tried using WiFi with a different ip and that didn't work either.

I am having this exact same issue after a crash during a solo challenge.  Have tried to contact EA chat but no reply.  I have tried to log on with two diffrent xbox 1s still no go..  The only thing I have found is they have to clear something on their end and you have to get in contact with EA which people have told me it may take weeks to fix.  Very unhappy about this as the new bundle is going to drop my card values by alot.

i got in contact with ea and the initial person i talked to tried to help but everything we did didn't work so she said i had to talk to someone higher up and it could take a few days to even email me.

I got a similar reply, have not received any email or anything yet.  As much money as we invest in this game you would think they would be on top of this type of stuff.  People with this issue have reported it can take a long time for them to do anything but it has to be fixed on their end not ours.

Same issue here. Tried to chat to get it fixed, but par usual, EA's solution was to reset everything (which I had already done) and then tell me to wait for a "specialist" to email me. I don't see this turning out well.
