Do what I did, contact customer support over the phone like me or online chat. Got sorted in 5 minutes. Forget about re-installing fixing or other time-wasting bs.

@h4ppys4d Thank you for the update. For those on PC, support are the ones who can help with this. 

However for Xbox users who are affected by this, a reinstall can be effective.

Hi, this issue hasn't been "globally" fixed for everyone yet. If you're affected on PC and don't want to wait, reaching out to support is the way forward.

New DLC Thy shall not pass update didn't fix it for me. Tried EA support with no fix before patch didnt help. Also in game i can't join off team mates only invite to game or other tab is buy bf1 wtf. To join friends i have to alt tab and join from Origin. Any suggestions. I own the ultimate edition

I had the same problem, did everyone here activated the web companion?

After doing this i could see my soldier in game.
