Xbox account link issue

Hello, I'm currently trying to change the ea account that my xbox is linked to. I don't remember linking my xbox but apparently its linked to some ea account that I don't even recognize. I just simply want to link it to the one I made and have found little help on the web site. Any help would be nice, and thank you for taking the time to respond.
