I'm having that same problem with the game Madden nfl 16 and it's saying the same thing on ps 4 and I'm trying to change my email account to a new email account an it want let me.same online id from the ps 3 to the ps 4.I have went though everything they say but no better way of making a new account useing the same online Id.
