Why are you sending me emails in Russian, and how do I change that to English?

I needed to reset my password, but when I got your email, it was in Russian.

I neither speak nor read Russian.

How do I change this back to English?

How do I make sure that hackers have not used EA to steal my financial information?

i think someone hacked into my account and i cant get into the origin app on my computer. It says the other user has to log off. What should i do?

Thank you for the quick reply, but this doesn't really help with my immediate problem.

How do I get my emails in English instead of Russian?? I don't see anything in the linked page to help with that.
