Online Rivalries game session no longer available [ Edited ]

I can't find a specific friend on rivalries but it works with all my other friends. Just always says game session no longer avaible. I've tried everything ea has asked on the online chat and they told me to post on here. My case number was 24018881. Contact me on [edit: email address removed]
I can't fight my specific friend on any mode.

This is a reproducible bug.

If you have twelve or more created fighters, attempting to find online quick match session will crash the game every time. Upon deleting the 12th created character (for a total of 11 remaining) the game will work as usual.

This is kind of frustrating as it caps the total CAFs available to be created.

Have you deleted and re-added that particular friend?

You might ask your friend to check if her XBL Gold or PS+ subscription has lapsed.

Every time my friend and I try to play online rivals or a quick match when the invitee is joining the session the session is no longer available pops up. We've attempted to play each other multiple times and it has only worked once. We can both play randoms online no problem. Not sure what the issue is.

I have tried to play against my friend on xbox one ufc 2 for the past few days and it keeps saying "session no longer available" after it tries joining no matter which one of us sends the invite. My Nat type is always open.
