regarding your question of europe servers, i guess they are where most EU servers of many games are so either germany, ireland or the netherlands, but thats just an assumption

There's no clear answer there are multiple ones but mostly in the east coast if that helps.

Last year there was an input lag caused by connecting to a server in Ireland even if you were in the US and playing a US team. It's assumed the Euro servers are based out of Ireland.
