What time will Neville Nights drop?

As soon as I logged into BF1 I had a 9GB update that I needed to install, once it finished I went into the game but Neville Nights wasn't there, I reset my game, I also tried to reset my Xbox but it still wasn't there, has it not dropped yet or is my game glitched?

@Roninpilot Neville Nights is a map for Battlefield 1 and it's available only for Premium or The Shall Not Pass owners. Could you please try to select this map in your Filter in the Server Browser? Or try to reset your Filter and select Neville Nights map.

I have this problem, too - I have Premium Pass, but no Neville Nights map.
