I know this is a very technical question, but I've been looking for a way to create an updated installer CD for Battlefield 3. I know that it uses a spanned ZIP archive to store the installation data between 2 DVDs. I'm assuming to determine which file is where, the file with the .CD extension was created to list the contents for the Data.z01 archive (including CRC checksums?)
The problem here is that I can't figure out what program was used to create the .CD file in the first place. It seems critical, in order for the origin installer to work, that the .CD file is created to reflect the contents of the disc archive.
I've already tried cdTree, but it doesn't seem to be the right file format
