Can you roll your windows back to the last restore point before the update to see if it fixes itself? That would at least show us that the issue is definitely related to the windows update.

Also your PC doesn't meet the minimum specs to run BF1. Your CPU is below the minimum required specifications. You can see how your CPU rates against the minimum required CPU here: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-750-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6600K

I have a strong feeling that your GPU is also below the minimum specs. I could not find a comparison for your HD 5700 but the Minimum required AMD card is an HD 7850 and compared with the HD 5770 the 5770 is way below specs:  http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-HD-7850-vs-Radeon-HD-5770

When a rig is below spec it may run a game for a while but then an OS update, game update, or driver update could change your ability to play the game. The minimum required specs are the minimum hardware requirements that DICE guarantees the game will run reliably on. With a below minimum specs rig the last Win10 update may have introduced additional processes that pushed your combination over the edge taking up the last few resources that allowed you to run BF1.
