Hey!
If you can't move on to the game cuz game don't reacts on your doings here's what you have to do (It works for me. Windows 8.1 )
Turn the game on -> if u can't click enter: minimalize game using alt+tab -> open ,,your computer" -> then open ,,Manage" in system section.
You should got like 1sec freeze and your game should now work fine.
If I didn't explain it well ask for it here.
I hope it will help at least few of you guys.

I forgot to tell you that you have to do it everytime you turn the game on.
I don't know how to fix it how it should have worked ;/

What do you mean by "your computer" and "manage" in system section? Do you mean the task manager? The device manager? Maybe it is named something different on your computer than mine, could you tell me how you got there or some other things in this section so that I could recognize it? Thanks

Ok can you plz provide a step by step instruction?
You ALT+Tab out of the game and then you simply go into the device manager?

Ok your method worked when i cklicked on keyboard settings in device manager and clicked on one of the options there, got back into the game and it worked,....
Thx for this man but i have to say this is the weirdest thing ever..

As far as I can tell, you just have to expand any of the sections of the Device Manager, select something in it (maybe right-click and view properties?), and then go back to the game. The keyboards are just one of the sections. You can get to the device manager either through the control panel or by pressing the Windows key and typing "device manager" and running it. This worked for me on Windows 8.1
