Just maybe a stupid question have you buy a Xbox 1 collector version? Error may come from there.

To jump in here for clarification:
Theoretically, you should receive a code to redeem on the website mentioned by @Moskolonel. You would put log in, put in the code, then choose your platform and receive a new code that is redeemable on the platform of your choice.
If that for whatever reason fails to work properly, you can either contact amazon for a replacement code while maybe telling them that the code wouldn't work or reach out to an EA Advisor to look into this issue. They should be able to help you with the code redemption process.

Hi, I recently purchased the Battlefield 1 Collector's Edition box (new, of course), mainly to obtain the exclusive M1911. I correctly entered my code on https://www.battlefield.com/games/battlefield-1/redeem/triforce but receive this error message.
"Your code was not recognized.
This could be because the code was entered incorrectly. It could also be because the code was previously used. Please try again, or refresh the page and use the "View Previously Redeemed Codes" button. If you are continuing to have issues, please contact EA Support at https://help.ea.com/."
I've tried to open a ticket to EA for the past two days but there are supposedly no EA Advisors available to help me out. So here I am. Any support would be appreciated. Thank you.

Perhaps you can contact EA.help.com to get it fixed. If not it's probably lost. There's plenty of fun to be had earning skins in game so hopefully it's not that much of an issue either way
