Toggling fans

i dont think this was posted but i emailed the ea help about an option to toggle fans as during gameplay if i have fans my gameplay is slow, without fans the gameplay speed is normal. does anyone else have this issue

gameplay with fans is like season, lvl, and h2h and no fans is like summer courts
