OK - I managed to launch the game

in my case - origin language MUST be the same as game language

Same here- changing the language of Origin app solved everything

What do you mean by change the language? How do I do that?

Change the Origin app language by clicking Origin (in the app's UL corner) -> Application settings

Change the in-game language by right-clicking Titanfall 2 in your library ->  Game Properties -> Advanced Launch Options.

Can't guarnantee it will work but it did for me.

@Jan_GLHF So if I change the language for example to Chinese or something can I return it to English language after the game is launched?Will it open the game when I set it to English again?

Changing the language didn't help me. They were both in English already.
